| 22 | 22 | | 11 development projects on behalf of both Delaware County and |

| 23 | 23 | | 12 the city of Muncie for forty-four years; |

| 24 | 24 | | 13 Whereas, Marta worked to provide educational |

| 25 | 25 | | 14 opportunities for students and had a longtime partnership with |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | 15 the Department of Urban Planning at Ball State University, a |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | 16 relationship that motivated the faculty to establish the Marta |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | 17 Moody Public Sector Awards; |

| 29 | 29 | | 18 Whereas, Marta served on several boards, including the |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | 19 Cardinal Greenways Board of Directors, most recently as |

| 31 | 31 | | 20 President, as well as the boards for the Indiana Association for |

| 32 | 32 | | 21 Floodplain and Stormwater Management and the White River |
