| 15 | 15 | | 3 Whereas, Freemasonry, the oldest and largest fraternal |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | 4 organization in America, is an ancient and honorable |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | 5 institution that has endeavored, from time immemorial, to |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | 6 inculcate in its members the tenets of Duty to our Country, |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | 7 Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth for the betterment of the |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | 8 communities it serves; |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | 9 Whereas, On May 30, 1849, Freemasonry was first |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | 10 established in Kosciusko County when Warsaw Masonic Lodge |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | 11 #73 was chartered by the Grand Lodge of Indiana, making |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | 12 Warsaw Masonic Lodge #73 the oldest institution still in |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | 13 existence in Warsaw, Indiana; |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | 14 Whereas, Freemasonry has made significant contributions |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | 15 to the social and cultural life of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | 16 Northeast Indiana, and the United States, with several of the |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | 17 Founding Fathers of our nation, the State of Indiana, |

| 30 | 30 | | 18 Kosciusko County, and the City of Warsaw proudly counted |

| 31 | 31 | | 19 among Freemasonry's membership rolls; and |
