34 | 34 | | 3 JULY 1, 2025]: Sec. 20.5. (a) As used in this section, "elementary |

36 | 36 | | 5 (1) has the meaning set forth in IC 20-18-2-4; and |

37 | 37 | | 6 (2) includes public elementary schools and state accredited |

38 | 38 | | 7 nonpublic elementary schools that voluntarily become accredited |
