| 37 | 37 | | 5 Sec. 1. (a) The state department shall develop a program to |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 6 award grants to community based programs designed to reduce the |
|---|
| 39 | 39 | | 7 prevalence of maternal mortality in Indiana. |
|---|
| 40 | 40 | | 8 (b) In developing the grant program under subsection (a), the |
|---|
| 41 | 41 | | 9 state department shall collaborate with the statewide maternal |
|---|
| 42 | 42 | | 10 mortality review committee. |
|---|
| 43 | 43 | | 11 (c) The state department shall establish workgroups to assist in |
|---|

|---|
