32 | 32 | | 5 Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "speaker series" means a series |

33 | 33 | | 6 of speakers invited to a state educational institution campus to |

34 | 34 | | 7 lecture, speak, or present on a topic. |

35 | 35 | | 8 Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "state educational institution |

36 | 36 | | 9 funds" refers to any of the following sources of funding provided |
