| 27 | 27 | | 1 SECTION 1. IC 1-1-8.1-0.5 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA CODE |

| 29 | 29 | | 3 1, 2025]: Sec. 0.5. (a) The state, acting under the exemption |

| 30 | 30 | | 4 provision of the Uniform Time Act of 1966 (15 U.S.C. 260a(a)), is |
