2929 SECTION 1. [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025] (a) There is1

3131 3 health and addiction three million dollars ($3,000,000) to award
3232 4 grants to community mental health centers (as defined in
3333 5 IC 12-7-2-38) in low income areas to hire mental health
3434 6 professionals during the biennium beginning July 1, 2025, and
3535 7 ending June 30, 2027.
3636 8 (b) This SECTION expires July 1, 2027.
