| 33 | 33 | | 3 [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025]: Sec. 1. The commissioner shall do the |

| 35 | 35 | | 5 (1) Administer and enforce: |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 6 (A) this title and other statutes concerning the bureau; and |

| 37 | 37 | | 7 (B) the policies and procedures of the bureau. |

| 38 | 38 | | 8 (2) Organize the bureau in the manner necessary to carry out the |
