| 29 | 29 | | 2 FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025]: Sec. 177. (a) "Shelter", for |

| 30 | 30 | | 3 purposes of IC 12-20, means a house, a mobile home, an apartment, a |

| 31 | 31 | | 4 group of rooms, or a single room that is occupied or is intended for |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 5 occupancy as separate living quarters where the occupant or intended |
