2929 1 SECTION 1. IC 25-22.5-1-1.8 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA
3030 2 CODE AS A NEW SECTION TO READ AS FOLLOWS
3131 3 [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025]: Sec. 1.8. (a) This section applies
3232 4 beginning July 1, 2026.
3333 5 (b) The majority of the ownership of a physician group practice
3434 6 must consist of physicians licensed under this article.
