35 | 35 | | 3 [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025]: Sec. 19.5. (a) The state department |

39 | 39 | | 7 (2) The age of the individual at the time of the drowning. |

40 | 40 | | 8 (b) Beginning July 1, 2026, and each July 1 thereafter, the state |
