| 15 | 15 | | 3 Whereas, Senator David Vinzant faithfully and honorably |

| 16 | 16 | | 4 served the constituents of Senate District 3, encompassing |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | 5 portions of Lake County, including Gary, Lake Station, New |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | 6 Chicago, Hobart, Ainsworth, and Merrillville; |

| 19 | 19 | | 7 Whereas, Senator Vinzant served as Ranking Minority |

| 20 | 20 | | 8 Member for the Committees on Homeland Security and |

| 21 | 21 | | 9 Transportation and Veterans Affairs and The Military and he |

| 22 | 22 | | 10 was a member of the committees on Commerce and |

| 23 | 23 | | 11 Technology, Pensions and Labor, Public Policy, and Utilities; |

| 24 | 24 | | 12 Whereas, Senator Vinzant graduated from Hobart High |

| 27 | 27 | | 15 Whereas, Senator Vinzant's entrepreneurship and passion |

| 49 | 49 | | 17 Trades Council. He served as the Indiana Advisory Committee |

| 51 | 51 | | 19 solve the Southlake Mall Tax Assessment issue for Hobart and |

| 53 | 53 | | 21 Whereas, Senator Vinzant is married to his wife, Leni, and |

| 54 | 54 | | 22 has 2 stepchildren, and they have 3 grandchildren: Therefore, |
