| 13 | 13 | | 2 Whereas, Asra Hussain was kind, artistic, and an |

| 14 | 14 | | 3 academically brilliant young woman with an infectious spirit |

| 15 | 15 | | 4 who was loved by many; |

| 17 | 17 | | 6 Whereas, Asra was a Carmel native who attended and left |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | 7 a lasting impact at Orchard Park Elementary, Towne Meadow |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | 8 Elementary, Creekside Middle School, and Carmel High |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | 9 School; |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | 10 Whereas, Asra received a Bachelor of Science in |

| 22 | 22 | | 11 Healthcare Management and Policy and a minor in Finance |

| 23 | 23 | | 12 from Indiana University. Upon graduating Asra would go on to |

| 24 | 24 | | 13 receive a Master of Health Administration from Columbia |

| 26 | 26 | | 15 Whereas, Asra was dedicated to improving public health, |

| 27 | 27 | | 16 had a passion for civic engagement, and was an Indiana |

| 29 | 29 | | 18 Whereas, Asra was a faithful member of the Muslim Student |
