FARMING: Repeals the prohibition of interstate system travel by vehicles hauling certain
crops
AN ACT1
To repeal R.S. 32:387.9(5), relative to vehicles hauling agronomic or horticultural crops; to2
repeal the interstate system travel prohibition of certain permitted vehicles.3
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:4
Section 1. R.S. 32:387.9(5) is hereby repealed in its entirety.5

Abstract: Repeals the prohibition of interstate system travel by vehicles permitted to haul
agronomic or horticultural crops.
Present law prohibits vehicles permitted to haul agronomic or horticultural crops from
traveling on the interstate system.
Proposed law repeals present law.
