(7/1/10) AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 33:9091.1(F)(3)(c)(ii), relative to Orleans Parish; to provide for2 renewal elections of parcel fees for the Lakeview Crime Prevention District; and to3 provide for related matters.4 Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. R.S. 33:9091.1(F)(3)(c)(ii) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as7 follows: 8 ยง9091.1. Lakeview Crime Prevention District9 * * *10 F. Parcel fee. DIGEST Murray (SB 90) Present law provides that the parcel fee may be renewed at a mayoral primary election. Proposed law changes present law to provide that the parcel fee may be renewed at an election held for that purpose in accordance with the Louisiana Election Code. Effective July 1, 2010.
