Encourages the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education, public school districts, and public schools to develop guidelines for content standards and curricula relative to religious issues
Requests the commissioner of higher education and the state superintendent of education to jointly report to the legislature on increasing availability and use of dual enrollment programs
Provides with respect to the lease of property at public postsecondary education institutions to nonprofit corporations or associations to hold fundraisers that include the auctioning and sale of firearms
Requires the state Dept. of Education to develop an accountability system for nonpublic schools participating in the voucher program and requires compliance with the system by such schools (OR NO IMPACT See Note)
