Directs the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education to explore the creation of an appeals process for certain students who do not pass state-administered, end-of-course assessments required for high school graduation
Requests the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education to prioritize mental health instruction and training in suicide prevention in its rulemaking process
Authorizes, with limitations, public postsecondary education management boards to establish and increase student tuition and mandatory fees (EN INCREASE SG RV See Note)
