Johnson, et al v. State of Louisiana DOTD, et al" AN ACT1 To appropriate funds out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2011-2 2012 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Kevin R. Johnson,3 et al v. Lafay Flournoy, et al"; and to provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. The sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/100 ($150,000.00)6 Dollars to be apportioned as follows: Forty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Seven and7 14/100 ($42,857.14) Dollars to Kevin R. Johnson, Guardian of the minor children Kevin P.8 Johnson and Kolby K. Johnson; Twenty-On e Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Eight and9 57/100 ($21,428.57) Dollars to Dawn Patricia Fleming, Guardian of the minor child Justice10 L. White; Twenty-One Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Eight and 57/100 ($21,428.57)11 Dollars to Lawrence Smith, Guardian of the minor child Marneria D. White; Forty-Two12 Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Seven and 14/100 ($42,857.14) Dollars to Roderick King,13 Individually and on behalf of the Estate of Tabitha Shepherd King; and Twenty-One14 Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Eight and 57/100 ($21,428.57) Dollars to Jeffrey Blanton15 and Cynthia Gaylor, Co-Guardians of the minor child Jakeria Blanton; is hereby16 appropriated out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2011-2012 to17 be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Kevin R. Johnson, et al v.
