DIGEST SB 87 Reengrossed 2015 Regular Session Perry Present law requires members of boards and commissions to annually file a financial disclosure statement to the Board of Ethics. Proposed law exempts persons who do not receive or are eligible to receive compensation or per diem from the financial disclosure filing requirement. Proposed law requires members of boards and commissions with expenditure authority of less than $50,000 in a fiscal year that do not receive or are eligible to receive compensation to file financial disclosure statements. Effective August 1, 2015.
