Requests the Department of Transportation and Development to submit a report to the Senate Committee on Finance and the Senate Select Committee on Homeland Security on the ability of the public works and water resources division in the department to receive and distribute federal funds for flood control, hazard mitigation grant program, and other disaster funds.
