Abstract: Requires certain geographic information to be made available in a certain format.
Present law (R.S. 44:1 et seq.—Public Records Law) provides for access and retention of

additionally be made available to the public by the department on the internet in a format for
expressing geographic annotation and visualization in two-dimensional or three-dimensional
representations using applications that are available to the public without charge, such as
KML.
