1 AN ACT
2 To amend and reenact R.S. 42:29(E) and to repeal R.S. 42:29(G), relative to public
3 meetings; to provide relative to the authority of the State Bond Commission to hold
4 periodic meetings via electronic means.
5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1. R.S. 42:29(E) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:
7 ยง29. State Bond Commission; teleconference meetings

9 E. The State Bond Commission may shall adopt rules, regulations, and
10 procedures to allow the public to participate in a meeting via electronic means.

12 Section 2. R.S. 42:29(G) is hereby repealed in its entirety.
