Abstract: Prohibits vehicle manufacturers or distributors from sharing driver information without
obtaining consent.
Proposed law prohibits a manufacturer, wholesaler, dealer, any agent thereof from sharing driver
information or data with any other party without obtaining the driver's express consent.
