| 29 | 29 | | 1 Chapter 15A of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out section 30, as |

| 30 | 30 | | 2appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, and inserting in place thereof the following section:- |

| 31 | 31 | | 3 Section 30. No applicant shall be required to take any standardized college entrance |

| 32 | 32 | | 4aptitude test to gain admittance to any undergraduate degree program at a public institution of |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 5higher education in the commonwealth, as defined in section 5; provided, that applicants may |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 6submit results from a standardized test for admissions purposes if they so choose. |
