An Act relative to admissions requirements to institutions of higher education.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Chapter 15A of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out section 30, as 
2appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, and inserting in place thereof the following section:-
3 Section 30. No applicant shall be required to take any standardized college entrance 
4aptitude test to gain admittance to any undergraduate 	degree program at a public institution of 
5higher education in the commonwealth, as defined in section 5; provided, that applicants may 
6submit results from a standardized test for admissions purposes if they so choose.
