| 31 | 31 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 32 of Chapter 119 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 |

| 33 | 33 | | 3department shall screen potential grandparent care givers with a twenty year maximum look back |

| 34 | 34 | | 4on the potential guardian’s record. This is applicable to any minor infraction that has not been |

| 35 | 35 | | 5repeated since the first infraction. Instances of felonies, violence, and sexual offenses, no matter |
