2525 An Act relative to juror comprehension.
2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 234A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020
2929 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the words “not feasible,” in line 12, the
3030 3following:-
3131 4 “The court shall provide each juror a physical information card clearly defining the
3232 5charges and legal terms applicable to the trial for which the juror was selected. The court shall
3333 6replace the card upon request.”
