An Act relative to juror comprehension.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 234A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the words “not feasible,” in line 12, the 
3following:- 
4 “The court shall provide each juror a physical information card clearly defining the 
5charges and legal terms applicable to the trial for which the juror was selected. The court shall 
6replace the card upon request.”
