| 30 | 30 | | 22020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “residence”, in line 387, |

| 31 | 31 | | 3the following words:- except when such owner is leasing an accessory dwelling unit as defined |

| 32 | 32 | | 4in section 1A of chapter 40A; provided that the owner may as a preference, lease such unit to an |
