| 30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 185C of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby |

| 31 | 31 | | 2amended by striking out at the first sentence in paragraph (1), as amended by section 79 of |

| 32 | 32 | | 3chapter 47 of the acts of 2017, the following:- “arising in the city of Boston in the case of that |

| 33 | 33 | | 4division, in the counties of Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden and Hampshire in the case of the |

| 34 | 34 | | 5western division and within the cities and towns included in the Worcester county division, |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 6northeastern division and southeastern division, in the case of those divisions.” |
