2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 Section 1. Section 14 of Chapter 19B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020
3131 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following words: "The
3232 3Department of Developmental Services shall not deny Intellectual Disability Services for
3333 4Intellectual Disability under (115CMR 2.0) on the basis of IQ testing score alone, but shall take
3434 5into consideration all Neuropsychological evaluations of the individual."
