The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Third General Court (2023-2024) _______________ An Act relative to intellectual disabilities for DDS services. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 14 of Chapter 19B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following words: "The 3Department of Developmental Services shall not deny Intellectual Disability Services for 4Intellectual Disability under (115CMR 2.0) on the basis of IQ testing score alone, but shall take 5into consideration all Neuropsychological evaluations of the individual."
