| 31 | 31 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 13B of chapter 265 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 |

| 32 | 32 | | 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first paragraph the following 2 |

| 34 | 34 | | 4 For the purposes of this section, “bodily substance” shall mean any human secretion, |

| 35 | 35 | | 5discharge or emission including, but not limited to, blood, saliva, mucous, semen, urine or feces. |

| 36 | 36 | | 6 Indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14 shall include assault on said |

| 37 | 37 | | 7child by a bodily substance. |

| 38 | 38 | | 8 SECTION 2. Section 13B ½ of said chapter 265, as so appearing, is hereby amended by |
