2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 SECTION 1. Section 34 of chapter 208 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012
3131 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the words “at any time” and
3232 3inserting in place thereof:- within 1 year.
