An Act relative to judgment for alimony.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 34 of chapter 208 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the words “at any time” and 
3inserting in place thereof:- within 1 year.
