| 27 | 27 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority | |
| 28 | 28 | of the same, as follows: | |
| 29 | 29 | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of | |
| 30 | 30 | 2Chatham shall be exempt from complying with sections 26 through 27G of chapter 149 of the | |
| 31 | 31 | 3General Laws for projects estimated to cost $50,000 or less. | |
| 32 | 32 | 4 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage. |
