An Act relative to the prevailing wage in the town of 	Chatham.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of 
2Chatham shall be exempt from complying with sections 26 through 27G of chapter 149 of the 
3General Laws for projects estimated to cost $50,000 or less.
4 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
