| 30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding Section 54 of Chapter 44 of the General Laws or any other |

| 31 | 31 | | 2general or special law to the contrary, the treasurer of the Town of Hopkinton may invest trust |

| 32 | 32 | | 3funds that are in the custody of the treasurer in accordance with Sections 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9 of |
