An Act authorizing certain investments by the treasurer of the town of Hopkinton.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding Section 54 of Chapter 44 of the General Laws or any other
2general or special law to the contrary, the treasurer of the Town of Hopkinton may invest trust
3funds that are in the custody of the treasurer in accordance with Sections 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9 of
4Chapter 203C of the General Laws.
5 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
