| 29 | 29 | 1 SECTION 1. The fourth sentence of section 10 of chapter 585 of the acts of 1947, as | |
| 30 | 30 | 2amended by chapter 150 of the acts of 1981, is hereby amended by striking out the words: “elect | |
| 31 | 31 | 3by ballot” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- appoint, by a majority vote at a | |
| 32 | 32 | 4district annual meeting, or at such time as needed. | |
