| 32 | 32 | | 2board of registration of psychologists shall promulgate regulations relative to the reciprocity of |

| 33 | 33 | | 3psychologists, which shall include the issuance of licenses, and the determination of substantial |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 4equivalency, to be consistent with, but not in excess of the National Standards as set forth by the |

| 35 | 35 | | 5American Psychological Association or the National Register of Health Service Psychologists, |
