Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION1. Notwithstanding any general provisions or special laws to the contrary, the 2board of registration of psychologists shall promulgate regulations relative to the reciprocity of 3psychologists, which shall include the issuance of licenses, and the determination of substantial 4equivalency, to be consistent with, but not in excess of the National Standards as set forth by the 5American Psychological Association or the National Register of Health Service Psychologists, 6and in compliance with Gubernatorial Executive Order number 562 ยง 3(3) revoking and 7superseding Executive Order number 485.
