| 32 | 32 | | 2Laws, as amended by section 41 of chapter 208 of the acts of 2018, is hereby further amended by |

| 33 | 33 | | 3adding the following sentence:- A registered participant required to utilize the prescription |

| 34 | 34 | | 4monitoring program prior to issuing a prescription under this subsection or regulations |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 5promulgated pursuant to this subsection who does not utilize such program as so required shall |

| 36 | 36 | | 6be fined in an amount to be set by the department in regulations promulgated pursuant to this |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 7subsection. |
