2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 SECTION 1: Section 13A of Chapter 90 is hereby amended by striking from the second
3232 2to last paragraph of this section the following language, "The provisions of this section shall be
3333 3enforced by law enforcement agencies only when an operator of a motor vehicle has been
3434 4stopped for a violation of the motor vehicle laws or some other offense."
