Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1: Section 13A of Chapter 90 is hereby amended by striking from the second 2to last paragraph of this section the following language, "The provisions of this section shall be 3enforced by law enforcement agencies only when an operator of a motor vehicle has been 4stopped for a violation of the motor vehicle laws or some other offense."
