| 30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 53 of Chapter 146 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2020 |

| 31 | 31 | | 2Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 41, of subsection (c) by inserting after the word |

| 33 | 33 | | 4 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the commissioner of public |

| 34 | 34 | | 5safety shall not promulgate any rules or regulations requiring more than two hours of classroom |
