Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Section 53 of Chapter 146 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2020 2Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 41, of subsection (c) by inserting after the word 3“section.” the following:- 4 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the commissioner of public 5safety shall not promulgate any rules or regulations requiring more than two hours of classroom 6credit every four years for renewal of a hoisting license.
