31 | 31 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 129B of Chapter 140 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as |

32 | 32 | | 2appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, shall be amended by deleting the following in lines 222 |

33 | 33 | | 3through 223: - “Failure to so notify shall be cause for revocation or suspension of such card.” |

34 | 34 | | 4 SECTION 2. Section 131 of Chapter 140 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as |

35 | 35 | | 5appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, shall be amended by deleting the following in lines 306 |
