An Act relative to change of address for firearm licensing.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 129B of Chapter 140 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as 
2appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, shall be amended by deleting the following in lines 222 
3through 223: - “Failure to so notify shall be cause for revocation or suspension of such card.”
4 SECTION 2. Section 131 of Chapter 140 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as 
5appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, shall be amended by deleting the following in lines 306 
6through 307: - “Failure to so notify shall be cause for revocation or suspension of said license.”
