2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 SECTION 1. Section 122 of Chapter 140 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as
3030 2appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, shall be amended by deleting the section in its entirety.
3131 3 SECTION 2. Section 123 of Chapter 140 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as
3232 4appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, shall be amended by deleting the section in its entirety.
